SHIPPING & RETURNS
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We can ship to almost every country in the world. Contact us for your shipping rate. Keep in mind, that import and custom duties are not covered by us!
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering or before the item is being shipped. If you want to cancel the order after that time frame, please follow the return guidelines.
Your order will typically be shipped within 3-5 days from the date you place it. Unless otherwise noted, we will use USPS Priority for shipping in the United States. Overseas shipping will be either with USPS or any other shipping service. We are exklusive partners with ARAMEX and DHL, and whenever possible, we resort to using their services.
Our policy for eligibility lasts 30 days from the invoice date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unpacked (if applicable) and in the same condition that you received it. Original Rhodesian, SADF and/ or SAP Uniforms which were manufactured during the bush war and border war times and other miscellaneous surplus item cannot be returned.
Custom made items, such as crye cut clothes, specific shorts and pants cannot get returned. Please make sure to provide us with your correct measurement before ordering the item.
To start a return or exchange, contact email@example.com for more info. Without contacting green-leader.net before initiating the return shipment green-leader.net will not process the refund/ exchange process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If the item is not in is original condition, damaged or little parts are missing.
If the item was not returned in the 30 day time frame.
You will be responsible for shipping your own item for returns.
If you go for a refund, the amount payed will be refunded. If you opt to recieve an exchange, we will ship you the requested item but you will not be compensated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
